Please ensure you purchase the correct size. All sizes are U.S. sizes. Keep in mind items that are washed incorrectly will likely shrink ~5-10%. We (the company) take no responsibility for mistreatment of merchandise once a purchase has been made nor do we accept returns for orders that are damaged due to negligence. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. please contact customer service by clicking on the form below, prior to taking it upon yourself and sending the defective merchandise back to sender, this will result in a 100% loss of your merchandise and no refund will be issued.
